What does $8.99 buy?

150 credits, which is the exact cost of one Rumpelstiltskin AI clip, with one face or two. Euro-area shoppers pay €8.99 in euros. Nothing is billed again unless you decide to buy again.

What if the render breaks?

• Credits spent on a render that then fails, or that our content rules block, are put back in your balance with no request needed.
• That top-up happens a single time per render, and the status page says when.
• Use the restored credits for another attempt, with new photos or the same, in the same browser.
• Balances belong to the browser’s 30-day anonymous session and cannot be moved to a different browser or device.

It is taking ages. Has it failed?

Probably not. Busy periods slow rendering down, and a clip in progress keeps its credits reserved until it ends one way or the other. Watch its status page from the same browser instead of buying the same clip twice.

Can I get my money back?

Restored credits and refunded money are different things, and money never flows back by itself. Think you are owed a refund, say for a double charge or credits you could never spend? Write within 7 days of the charge and include when you paid, how much, and the receipt email Stripe used, if you know it. Later requests are normally declined.

We judge every request individually. Because each clip burns paid model time, a finished clip that just was not what you imagined rarely qualifies for cash. When we do refund, unused credits from that purchase are cancelled.

None of this narrows refund rights that the consumer law of your country gives you.
